Hi, I'm Yarrow!

UX/UI designer and graphic designer who is a fan of visual systems and thoughtful images.

I consider myself a detail-oriented, precise and thorough professional. I believe that good design is not only aesthetic, but also helps to navigate, connect and tell a story.

Inspiration & motivation

As a designer, I draw inspiration from everyday experiences, whether it's a walk in nature, a city exploration, or a conversation over a coffee. In addition to graphics, I also do fine art as a hobby, and this activity definitely permeates my work. For me, design is more than a set of pixels. It's more like storytelling without words.

My goal is to create visual experiences that are not only pretty, but also provide a real connection.

How I work

The work always starts with a conversation to get to know the brand and the message I need to visually convey. This is followed by thorough research and goal setting, then I create initial sketches, or wireframes in the case of UX/UI design.

During the design process, I find it important to balance detail with creative experimentation. We work together every step of the way, regularly checking in to ensure the end result truly speaks to the intended audience.

Origin of the name

Most of my friends and acquaintances call me Yarrow, but that's not my official name.
For personal reasons, I used Cickafark as a name, then later I switched to its English equivalent, Yarrow . It stayed with me and I can identify with it to this day. The surname (Isaac) is the translation of my official Hungarian last name.
